Paul has been working as part of the team for many years providing the high-end visual content, one of Paul’s greatest strength’s is the ability to work seamlessly and efficiency within the day to day demands of a busy care home.
Having a photographer/videographer who knows the industry is a key component to successfully capturing both quality and quantity plus he is very in cinque with knowing exactly what the rest of the team require.
When Paul is not applying his creative skills, he enjoys trying to play golf most weekends and has a great passion for listening to dance music and enjoys all areas of home hi-fi.

Simon is the author of the best selling book ‘Full Beds Forever - How To Market Your Care Home In 3 Simple Steps’ and of the audiobook 'Seal The Deal - How to Quickly & Easily Turn Your Enquiries Into Profitable New Clients'.
He speaks regularly on marketing care homes at leading industry events and since founding Care home Marketing Expert in 2008 he has helped over 720 care home owners and managers market their homes more effectively and fix their occupancy issues.
Simon handles the video marketing strategy and the writing of the the video sales scripts.

Mika has been an essential part of the team since 2019 and is a skilled social media & content marketing professional with a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with audiences. Highly adept at utilising Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn to reach target audiences and build brand awareness, she is also always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to create compelling content that connects with audiences.
Mika's many skills extend to being a talented graphic designer and website builder. She also has a beautiful singing voice and we're just glad Simon Cowell hasn't discovered her yet, or we'd be sure to lose her!
Patrick Dayon
TECHNICAL & EDITING
Patrick has worked for us since 2021 and handles all the tech stuff like editing the videos, video hosting, video distribution and the analytics. He graduated from university with a degree in financial management, is bilingual and lives in the Philippines. A whiz with maths, he can turn his hand to anything with figures and computing.
He loves playing computer games and is a keen sportsman. He can often be found at weekends playing outdoor sports such as football and basketball with his friends.
